Baizhen - Volute Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine for Textile Factory/ Dyeing House
Volute screw press sludge dehydratering machine which uses the screw extrusion priciple is a new type of solide-liquid separation device. It reaches the goal of extrusion dewatering sludge by the powerful extrusion pressure of changing the screw diameter and distance along with the tiny spacing between moveable and fixed annular plates.
When the mahine starts running,the sludge is pushed into the filter cartridge from the feed inlet and then moves to the sludge cake outlet under the pushing of the helical axis blades.Because the gaps among the helical axis blades will gradually getting narrower,the sludge is undering heavier pressure.Then the water gradually comes out from it as a result of pessure differential and issues from the filtering space between the fixed plates and the moving plates.Relying on the self-cleaning function of the fixed plates and the moving plates,block can be well avoided .At last,the sludge cakes are pushed by helical axis after being fully dewatered and then discharge fro the outlet.
