Our bale wrap film is the reliable choice for forage preservation. We offer a large portfolio with solutions for all applications. Bale wrap film is used to preserve and store forage in a way that maintains its high nutritional value. Through bailed silage, animals can be fed with high quality feed all year around. We offer a large portfolio of different bale wraps with optimal solutions available for every application. Our premium films come in reels of 1500-2600m. They are available with different packaging options: individual cardboard boxes, and our innovative one-piece sleeve packaging or without packaging.
Our Trioworld Lean products are manufactured using special technology that makes it possible to reduce material usage and film thickness, while maintaining or even enhancing the film’s mechanical properties.

Extremely low feed losses
Our products have been tested by independent research institute SLU and been proven to enable extremely low feed losses of only 1%.
For most of our products we offer a sustainable Trioworld Lean or Trioworld Loop alternative, manufactured with less raw material or recycled content. Our thickness-optimised Trioworld Lean products reduce raw material use and, with more metres per reel, increase wrapping efficiency. This results in improved profitability and time savings for contractors and farmers.
We invest significant focus into the development of bale wrap products that are based on recycled content. These Trioworld Loop products contain a minimum of 30% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) material, which comes from used agricultural films. This reduces their carbon footprint compared with virgin films by approximately 30% and helps close the baled silage plastic circularity loop. There is also no compromise in performance with our Trioworld Loop products, compared with our films made from raw materials.
As well as our close cooperation with contractors and farmers who test our products daily, we also cooperate with machine manufacturers and independent research institutes.
The Swedish Agricultural University has run several studies that prove the premium quality of our films. Recent studies have shown that in bales wrapped with Trioworld bale wrap, the feed losses can be reduced to approximately 1%, which is significantly below the average.
We are continuously growing our portfolio of Trioworld Loop products within the bale wrap range. All our Trioworld Loop products contain a minimum of 30% PCR material, which comes from used agricultural films. This reduces their carbon footprint compared with films made with raw materials by approximately 30% and helps close the baled silage plastic circularity loop. All products in our Loop range have been tried and tested in the field under various weather conditions using different machines. These processes have convinced farmers worldwide that all our products based on recycled material offer the same performance as those based on raw material.
We also offer different packaging options. Our products are available in cardboard boxes or innovative one-piece sleeve packaging with edge protection. Additionally, the reels can be packaged directly on the pallet without any individual packaging. Reducing your packaging also reduces your carbon footprint. All our packaging, including the reel cores, is 100% recyclable.
