After months of negotiations, discussions and planning to buy the drives division from the Previous Company, Bob, Clay, Greg, Phil and myself came to the conclusion that the Previous Company did not share the same concerns, values, and philosophies as we did. Together, we thought you deserved better overall service. After we were locked out, terminated, and negotiations broke down with the Previous Company, on June 3rd 2002 we decided to create Joliet Technologies, L.L.C.
