Basil Pesto Line

Tecnoceam is a leader in the production of basil pesto lines. The line is designed to thoroughly wash the Basil, brine it (optional), dry it, chop it, automatically add salt and oil, and fill drums or refrigerated baskets. The second part of the process adds cheese and other ingredients according to the recipe, before the final filling of cooled or pasteurised jars.
