Water-Energy - Model WE Series -Batch Sedimentation Treatment Plants

Water Energy “WE batch” water treatment are efficient systems able to treat waste water discontinuously and are suitable for different applications: production of inks/paints, production of adhesives, printing industry, tanneries, dyeing and tinting activities, mechanical works and surface treatments, glass grindings, cement processing industries, treatment of water containing oils of animal origin, waters containing oils of vegetable origin, waters containing oils of mineral origin.

The water obtained from the treatment described below will have characteristics suitable for its reuse in the same process from which it originates or, through special accessories, it can be drained according to the law.

The effectiveness of the treatment is guaranteed by a single process with flocculation and sedimentation through the separation of the entire quantity of pollutant present in the water itself. The operating principle is based on a single reaction phase which takes place inside a special plastic tank. The reaction chemical product (powder or liquid), capable of generating the phenomenon of denaturation, flocculation and consequent decantation (precipitation of the condensed particles) will be dosed inside this tank, using an automatic doser.
