Composition of a breaking line :
- Pre-shredder and/or perforator: for acid recovery
- Breaker: for battery shredding
- Hydro separators: to separate materials (lead oxide, coarse and fine metallic, polyethylene, and polypropylene)
- Conveyors and water treatment tank
The process includes:
- Acid neutralization
- Lead oxide desulfurization
- Closed water circuit, making the line water-independent
Recovered products:
- Metallic lead
- Lead oxide
- Polypropylene PP
- Polyethylene PE
- Acid
Available capacities: from 2.5 to 20 tons per hour
