The ozone test chamber from Beier Labs is designed to evaluate the ozone aging resistance of elastomers and rubber products. By using the non-dispersive ultraviolet standard, it accurately measures ozone concentration to simulate atmospheric conditions, thereby assessing the effect on materials. The chamber includes a touchscreen intelligent controller facilitating precise control of temperature, humidity, and ozone concentration, with a resolution of 0.1°C and 0.1% RH. It features an advanced UV absorption method for highly accurate readings. The electric steam humidification is controlled via PID-adjusted solid-state relays. A stainless steel humidifier and gas purification devices including activated carbon absorption equip the system, enhancing gas purity. The chamber, capable of supporting both static and dynamic tensile testing, helps analyze material durability and optimize anti-aging strategies, potentially extending the life of rubber products. It is powered by a 220V supply with a standard model chamber size of 150L.

It utilizes the internationally accepted non-dispersive ultraviolet standard (dual-speed ultraviolet) to measure the ozone concentration, simulating and intensifying ozone conditions in the atmosphere to study the effects of ozone on materials like rubber. This enables rapid identification and evaluation of the anti-ozone aging properties of rubber materials and the protective efficacy of anti-ozone agents.
