Beka - Model AZU -Robust and Durable Multiline Oil Lubrication System

The drive of the device occurs rotating. The drive shaft puts the centrally positioned pump shaft and the cam disk with a gear into a rotating movement. This carries out the strokes of the delivery pistons.

Pump output

The pump can be configured from 1 to 12 outlets with different hose connection types. The suction connection is linked to the oil reservoir via a hose.

The delivery volume per outlet is 0,06 cm³ per stroke and piston. It can be throttled individually to over 50% for each piston.

Gear reduction 

Various reductions are available for the pump. It is therefore suitable for a wide range of shaft speeds.

Fields of application

The device can be used to automatically lubricate mobile applications like round balers, square balers and attachments such as pickups.

In addition, the device can also be used to lubricate stationary applications like compressors, garbage balers, combustion engines, tool-, textile-, wood processing machines, printing presses, pumps and plastic machines. 

Coupling 

We offer several options to connect your mechanical drive shaft to the pump.

Equipment 

The following accessories are available:

• Y-connector for connecting two outlets to double the amount of lubrication.
• Counter balance valves, that lubrication lines from lower lubrication points do not run empty.
• The pump can be delivered completely pre-assembled according to customer specifications with predefined lines and line lengths (plug and play).
• Brushes and felts for chains.
