Bellco Feeders - Custom Sound Enclosures
Bellco offers custom sound enclosures for our systems, whenever needed. Designed with aluminum panels and acoustic noise deadening foam, our enclosures are proven to reduce sound by an average of 30%. We design feeders for a wide variety of parts, due to the different materials some are “louder” than others when they move around the feeder bowl. Likewise, different manufacturers have different sound requirements.
Less Stressful Environment
When manufacturing environments are loud, workers may be required to wear hearing protection. Continuously monitoring noise and physical ear plugs can cause stress in the environment.
Reduce Noise Pollution
There are various regulations governing the levels of noise permitted in the workplace. Ambient noise over a certain number of decibels is considered hazardous to worker health and is required to be mitigated.
