Guttridge - Model GTX Kleenbelt -Belt Conveyor
The Guttridge Kleenbelt Conveyor is aimed at the heavy duty industrial market and typical applications include biomass and minerals handling. The unique well-established design originates from the 1980s, to convey material without spillage. The enclosed model also facilitates effective dust containment.
Material throughputs and power requirements are optimised with the low friction characteristics of the belt support system. The unique design features a central supporting roller and UHMW polyethylene lined trough plates. A wide selection of belt scrapers is available to suit a whole range of materials characteristics. The Kleenbelt can be supplied in mild steel, galvanised, or stainless steel construction.
The Guttridge Kleenbelt has been designed to transport materials without spillage or excessive dust emissions, making it ideal for sensitive or clean enviroments. With a top section sealed effectively with trough plates, while a central supporting roller ensures smooth, controlled material movement. Additional top covers work in with with belt scrapers and dust extraction systems, enhancing containment of both product and dust.
