Sferasol Ecology - Model EDOM 350 - 1300 -Belt Press

All 16 rollers are in AISI 304 stainless steel. The electrical motor drives a manual controlled speed variator (10-50 rpm). Two bars with spray nozzles (one for each belt) wash the belts after the cake has been discharged. The frame is a very strong structure of welded carbon steel beams, hot dip zinc coated (or in A304 stainless steel, on request). Two scrapers, one for each belt, scratch out the cake. All filtrate water (dehydration, belts washing) is conveyed through different tanks in a large lower tank which allows the belt to need no special basement. All tanks are in AISI 304 stainless steel.

An automatic belts centring device (one for each belt) works with proximities which control if the belt goes right or left.  The electrical impulse from the proximity is changed in a signal for electro-pneumatic valve acting on a pneumatic cylinder which moves back or forward a rubber coated roller for belts centring. Two other pneumatic cylinders (one for each belt) control, with a manual set up between 1.5 and 2.5 bar, the tension of the belts.
