The company´s history commenced as early as 1920 in Duesseldorf, when plumber Jean Bergner founded his own business in order to produce a new type of float valve.

Computer–aided development processes with CAD/ CAM connection to CNC-machining centres are permitting a flexible and highly precise production with short processing times.
