Bernard - Model TOUGH LOCK -Gun Consumable
Part of our Common Consumables Platform, our well-known and trusted TOUGH LOCK consumables can help to reduce your consumable costs and maintenance downtime. TOUGH LOCK contact tips are manufactured from high-quality, high-conductivity copper using a mandrel-drawn process that controls tip tolerances. When mated with our TOUGH LOCK retaining heads, they produce lower contact tip temperatures.
Not currently using a Bernard® MIG gun? You can still enjoy the benefits of TOUGH LOCK consumables by installing them on other brands of MIG guns by using our TOUGH LOCK conversion series.

TOUGH LOCK retaining heads with dual taper technology are manufactured with a tapered design at both ends that keep your consumables locked from contact tip to neck for improved weld consistency and to maximize heat dissipation, keeping your front end consumables running even cooler!
