Gold APP - Model Micro-200 Series -BET Surface Area and Porosity Analyzer for Micro and Mesopore Size Analysis
The Micro-200 Series BET Surface Area and Porosity Analyzer is a specialized instrument designed for precise assessment of BET surface area, mesopore, and micropore sizes in powder materials. Utilizing the volumetric nitrogen adsorption principle, it features dual independent testing stations and two degassing units, combined in a compact setup. Capable of generating detailed data such as BET, Langmuir, and DR, among others, this series is segregated into models A, B, and C. Model C stands out with its high-sensitive pressure sensors and a turbo molecular pump achieving an ultimate pressure of 10-8 Pa, apt for meticulous analysis of microporous substances like molecular sieves and activated carbon. Its software offers intuitive control over data acquisition and analysis, supporting remote operations. With advanced features like a multi-channel vacuum system and real-time temperature monitoring, the analyzer offers exceptional testing reliability and accuracy across a wide range of parameters.
The Micro-200 series BET surface area and porosity analyzer can accurately produce surface area and pore size results of powder materials. According to the different test functions, this series of instruments are divided into three types, there are A. B. and C. the C type is configured with 1 torr high-sensitive pressure sensors and turbo molecular pump with ultimate pressure of 10 Pa. it can effectively take microporous analysis of microporous materials such as molecular sieve, catalyst, activated carbon, and other microporous materials.

Sample Pretreatment System
In addition to two pretreatment stations, the other two analysis stations also can be used for samples pretreatment

between pretreatment stations and analysis stations. Pretreatment temperature can be set individually and controlled from ambient to 400 Celius.
Micropore Distribution
Accurately apply the HK method, SF method and other micropore analysis modules, the error deviation for micropore is less than 0.02 nm.
Pressure Sensor
Micro-200C model equips a 1 torr (O.ltorr option) pressure sensor, it makes the partial pressure of P/PO up to 10 (N2/77K) in the physical adsorption analysis.
