Beyond - Air Bubble Washing Machine
The air bubble washing machine is mainly composed of two parts: one water bubbling tank and one elevator, which are mainly used for cleaning fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, ginger, cabbage, apple, orange, mango, pineapple berry). The air bubble washing machine tank is used to fill clean water, and the elevator is used to transfer the clean fruits to next station for sorting. The combination of air blower and water makes the state of tumbling to remove the agricultural residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables. Floating matter can overflow from the overflow tank, and the sediment is discharged from the sewage outlet to achieve the purpose of the washing. The raw fruits and vegetables are continuously pushed forward and elevated by the elevator. The elevator is equipped with a spray nozzle assembly to rinse the fruits and vegetables again under high-pressure water.
Bubbling tank: The frame is made of 3MM stainless steel square tube, and the tank body is made by welding 2MM stainless steel plate, and is equipped with: $32 water inlet, 4>76mm sewage outlet, 4>51 overflow outlet, $63 bubble tube and <pl59 six claw hole.
Elevator: The frame is made of stainless steel square tube welding, lifted by a food-grade plastic chain plate, with spray components, and equipped with a water tray.
Air Bubble Washing Machine Character

The equipment is mainly composed of a water tank, flipper, fan, etc. It is widely used for soft washing of fruit and vegetable raw materials. Use two sections of water for cleaning, separate control, independent operation, circulating water utilization, and automatic water control device installed in the circulating filtering water tank. When the water level is not reached, it will be automatically filled with water. Except for motors, bearings and other standard parts, the equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304/ 2B material, which fully meets the requirements of export food hygiene. The device is equipped with a bubble generating device to make the material roll, remove the agricultural residues on the product surface, and at the same time, you can add an appropriate amount of medicine to disinfect and fix the color.
