Air-Tec System offers several solutions for the handling and unloading of Big-Bags. The Big-Bags Emptying Stations are designed to accommodate Big-Bags up to 2000 mm high and 1100 x 1100 mm on the side.

Depending on the flowability and dustiness of the product, different types of hoppers are possible for discharge from Big-Bags:
- Hopper with Big-Bag containment cone and opening hatch for discharge trunk
- Hopper with jaw unloading trunk closing system and pneumatic trunk tensioner for extremely clumping products which tend to get stuck even in the discharge trunk
To facilitate the outflow of particularly sticky products, Air-Tec System offers:
- Pneumatically operated blades, capable of lifting the four base corners of the Big-Bags and compressing them at the same time, ensuring almost complete unloading of the Big-Bags
HOPPERS CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH:
