BinMaster - Model HCM-100-Hart -730-0792 -Consolidator Module

The HART Consolidator Module—HCM-100—was developed to easily connect multiple sensors using the HART protocol to the BinCloud Gateway®. It can accommodate up to 15 HART v7 enabled sensors in a  daisy-chain (multi-drop) sensor network wiring configuration. It is compatible with any BinMaster® level sensor using the HART protocol, such as standard and compact non-contact radars and guided wave radars. It can also be used with other brands of HART-compatible devices.

In multi-drop mode the analog loop current is fixed at 4 mA making it possible to have up to 15 sensors in a signal loop. Just one HCM-100 is needed for up to 15 sensors, making it very affordable and simple to set up versus having to connect each sensor to a dedicated device. Multiple daisy chains of devices can be added for operations with more than 15 sensors. Only one BinCloud® gateway is needed to support multiple HCM-100s, minimizing the cost of the system. Data can be accessed from either BinView® or Binventory® software for real-time inventory monitoring.
