Bintec - Fully Ventilated Floor
The full aeration floors from Bintec form the basis in the truest sense of the word so that a silo can be properly aerated and dried. This aeration system forms an even, horizontal silo floor, allows the use of sweeping augers to empty the silo and can be retrofitted to existing silos with little effort.
Construction.
The fully ventilated floor consists of floor panels that are connected to each other with an easy-to-use click system. The complete system is available for corn and grain with 2.4 mm perforation and for rapeseed with 1.3 mm perforation. This ensures the optimum air passage rate for every type of grain. Perforated segment plates also form the grain-tight seal to the silo wall.
Thus, dead corners are avoided, a maximum ventilation area is available. The entire ventilation floor rests on supports that are designed to offer as little air resistance as possible. For ventilation, air is blown under the floor panels, which then flows up through the grain.
Possibilities.
In combination with the fully aerated floor with grain spreader, aeration fans and a storage management system from Bintec, safe cooling, aeration and drying of grain in the silo is thus possible in a simple manner. And that with maximum efficiency and safety, with maximum protection of the grain.
