Doda - Model BIO800 Series -Bio Separator
The Doda BIO-SEPARATOR is a mechanical device used for processing solid urban waste from which polluting substances must be removed, including: plastic and its derivatives, iron, rubber, glass and stones, pieces of fabric, heavy organic parts (bones) and pieces of wood.
The organic matter obtained from the separation cycle is mixed with liquid and collected in a custom-built basin attached to the bio-separator. The bio-shredder can also be used as a shredder- mixer for cereals, pulses, fruit and vegetable products.
The Bio-separator can be employed also as shredder/mixer of cereals, fruit and vegetables.
Doda Bio-separator is made of galvanised steel and AISI 304 stainless steel and has following characteristics:
- the rotor with blades in wear-resistant material turns on SKF bearings;
- the cylindrical filter is in galvanised steel with calibrated holes;
- a 75 kW electric motor is installed;
- the liquid collecting tank is in galvanised or stainless steel and is equipped with one or two electric centrifugal pumps with 18 kW electric motor;
- the solid discharge chute and the side protections are in stainless steel.
With this bio-separator it is possible to treat from 15 to 20 m³/h of product, of course according to the type of waste treated.
