BIOETP - Automatic Polymer Dosing & Feeding Machine

Polymer power is filled to the feeding hopper with a screw conveyor at the bottom. The polymer is fed by the screw conveyor precisely controlled by a VFD motor. Water supply is controlled by a solenoid valve and flow meter. 

Powder and water mixing happens in two-stage mixing chamber and after the solution is stored in the storage tank, where the liquid level is controlled by a level controller. The metering pump supplies the polymer solution to a sludge dehydrator or DAF unit. As metering is going on, the polymer dosing and mixing will restart when the level is going down to setting point.
