EGC - Model NQ Series -Biological Incubator/Germinators
The NQ series incubator/germinators by Environmental Growth Chambers are engineered to offer a highly controlled environment with a temperature uniformity within ±0.5°C, operating across a range of 4°C to 40°C. These models come in one or two-door configurations with capacities of 30 and 64 cubic feet, respectively. The construction features insulated materials with a durable, baked enamel finish. NQ2 variants have center opening doors, while NQ1 models allow selection between right or left-hand door openings. All units have gasketed, lockable doors. Standard illumination is achieved via fluorescent fixtures mounted on chrome-plated adjustable wire shelves. Models with enhanced lighting have additional fixed vertical lights, yielding an intensity between 15 µmoles to 131 µmoles at a distance of 15 cm. Optional features such as viewing windows, full digital humidity regulation, and advanced data recording capabilities offer further customization possibilities according to specific experimental or operational needs.

Depending on model, lighting intensity ranges from 15 µmoles to 131 µmoles at 15 cm below the lamps, with slightly less in the corners. Shelf lighting on both versions can be adjusted on 1" centers.
