In the industry firms, wastewaters ,that result from processes and domestic purposes, have no organic pollution levels and no toxicity. These wastewaters can be purified with biological treatment.

We, as Ekopol Ltd, draw upon our pilot plant works, that we have in our research and development laboratory, in projects of the wastewaters that can be purified with biological treatment. Because of the fact that determining pollutants in the wastewater has an active part in design of the wastewater treatment plant, so we determine the contamination character of wastewater, design operation’s characteristics and the type of purification.

Wastewater discharge (flow), qualification of treatment, investment and operating cost take into account in designing biological treatment systems. Therefore in design phase it is decided whether plant is ferroconcrete or package.

Biological treatment is a proceeding that decompose dissolved organic substance by the help of bacterias. In the treatment of domestic wastewaters, as well as organic substance’s ingredients, aliment substances such as azote(nitrogen) and phosphorus purified in biological treatment.

Treated water is treated with disinfection system and it’s given to receiving environment or in accordance with the request of customer, it’s treated with sand filter and it’s used in garden irrigation (watering) by the help of hydrophore system.

It gives service to 50-600 people capacity. Also by parallel using it can treat wastewater in desired flow (discharge).

Biological wastewater treatment systems are generally composed of some equipments such as; pumps, diffusers (venturis), blower and dosage pumps, electric automatic control systems.

The equipments ,which are used in the system, are assembled to operation building that produced as coupled with the tank.

EKOPOL Ltd, produces biological package plants coupled with operating room that made of carbon steel. Productions that made of carbon steel are shrouded against corrosion by covered duplex two component epoxy paint.

Biological package treatment is a compact unite which includes all the unites ( airing, precipitation, disinfection) that are necessary for all the systems that works in biological treatments’ methods.

They are full package plants made of carbon steel ( by 5 mm St 37 plate) which is covered by duplex two component epoxy ground coat and duplex two component epoxy top coat.

By Ekopol Ltd’s professional technical staff, package plants’ production is made. Package Treatments is placed on a concrete base. But montaged in an area that was determinated for treatment plant.

Package plants have different colour options that can provide harmony in accordance with the area that plant will set.
