Bion - Deep Bed Scrubber Units (DBS)

The BION Deep Bed Scrubber units are specifically designed for installations in harsh environments and can handle anywhere from low to high contaminant levels at low to mid airflow ranges. Both the single blower and redundant blower options provide a robust, outdoor suitable design, with the redundant blower units including added features for an additional level of purification and protection in extreme conditions. The DBS design includes multiple vertical packed media beds to eliminate contaminant bypass and increase removal efficiency. Each media stage allows for a different media type, providing a unique media prescription for maximum protection against a variety of gas challenges.
