Biopanda - Model ELISA-INS-001 -Insulin ELISA Test Kits

The Biopanda Insulin ELISA test kit provides a means for the quantitative determination of Insulin in human serum or plasma. Unopened test kits should be stored between 2-8 °C and the microtiter plate should be kept in a sealed bag with desiccants to minimize exposure to damp air. Opened test kits will remain stable until the expiration date shown, provided it is stored as described above. The shelf life is at least 2 years from manufacture when stored at 2-8 °C. A microtiter plate reader with a bandwidth of 10 nm or less and an optical density range of 0-3 O.D. at 450 nm wavelength is acceptable for use in absorbance measurement.
