10 mL reagent for extraction of ATP from mammalian cells. Cell Lysing Reagent is intended for the extraction of ATP from mammalian cells. It contains a milder detergent than Extractant B/S and will not affect bacterial cells. If Cell Lysing Reagent is reconstituted in 71-101 ATP Eliminating Reagent extracellular ATP will be eliminated as well, for cases when only bacterial ATP is of interest.
