Installation notes on spur gear gate valves :

1. Spur gear gate valves must be vertically installed in horizontal pipelines so that the medium can enter from either side. The gate valve can be rolled after cleaning the pipeline.
2. The gate valve should be fully open or closed in use, and can`t be used as a control valve

2. The disc and the sealing surface of valve seat are welded with the iron based alloy or stellite cobalt-base hard alloy,which have high wear resistance, good antiscuffing property,high heat resistance, corrosion resistance,long service life.
3. The stem is strictly processed by the hardening and tempering and the niitriding, with good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
4. Available in a variety of flange standards and types of flange sealing surface to meet a variety of engineering demands and customers` requirements.
5. There is a complete range of valve materials,and the packings and the gaskets can be reasonablely matched according to the actual conditions or users` requirements. It can be applied to all the pressures, temperatures and medium conditions.
