The Boncus is a modern, biological solution that increases the durability of your products. It converts your waste solvents into green energy that can be readily used again in your factory. The BONCUS is a biological system that converts the solvents from the emission into clean and directly usable gas. The gas can be used for heating the drying air for the flexoprinters or it can be used to create electricity in a CHP.
The value of electricity is usually higher than gas and can be more easily sold. But using gas for heating is a more simple way of using the energy. The local situation determines the most convenient way the energy can be used. In the graph to the right the relation between the amount of solvents and the produced gas is visualised.
The BONCUS is a modern system. It functions independently within the optimum parameters that are maintained automatically by the system. It adapts itself to the inlet solvents load and is capable of the fluctuations that are known in any normal industrial production rhythm.
The BONCUS is also a biological system. This means that the actual solvent removal is done by biology in the BONCUS reactor that consumes the solvent. This is the reason that the operational costs are extremely low. Just some water, nutrients and care will let the BONCUS do its job effectively.
