BORDITI - Sodium Dithionite Based Bleaching

Borditi is a water solution which includes about 10 % of sodium dithionite. Thus, it can be used as such in bleaching processes of mechanical pulps. We produce Borditi from Borino®, caustic soda and sulphur dioxide using a specially developed process for which the main features are safety and simplicity. Using Borditi customers can avoid problems which occur in handling and storing of dithionite powder, which is an important safety factor.
