Socorex - Model Calibrex™ organo 525 -Bottle Top Dispenser
A generation of robust instruments with excellent chemical resistance, high performance and easy maintenance. This bottle-top dispenser includes a ground glass or ceramic plunger, both suited for organics and non-crystallizing acid and base solutions. Fitting most reagent bottles, it enables safe and reproducible dispensing in volumes ranging from 1 to 100 mL. Two-year warranty.

Volume setting and graduation scale
Dual scale enables volume reading from a wide angle. Locking position for safe dispenser transportation.
Robustness
Glass barrel with thick wall contributes to overall dispenser robustness.
Transparent sleeve
Thick, transparent protection around glass barrel enables visual priming control. At the same time, it reduces risks of spillage in case of breakage.
Optimal working position
The instrument rotates 360° for adequate positioning on the bottle. Free rotating dispenser body makes volume clearly visible from any position.
Flexible connection
Delivery jet absorbs shocks to reduce risks of breakage.
Air filter
Air inlet can be enlarged to receive a membrane filter, if airborne contamination is a concern.
In-lab calibration
Mechanism with integrated key located under plunger cap. Engraved +/- arrows for easy and precise setting. Access protected by safety seal sticker.
Time efficient maintenance
Disassembling/reassembling is facilitated by the limited number of well-connected parts – no tool needed. Key elements such as valves, plunger, barrel and delivery jet can be removed in seconds for cleaning. All models autoclavable fully assembled at 121°C.
Environment and sustainability
Robustness and longevity of the Socorex® instruments are clear contributions to environmental considerations. Instruments can be disassembled and cleaned, while worn parts replaced. This avoids waste generation as seen on some competitor’s models.
