Bottom Truck Metering & Loading Skid
The truck/train loading/unloading skid is an integrated solution for fluid medium loading/unloading in oil and chemical industry from truck or train. The skid can be assembled with controller, pipeline, detection and control instruments into one skid in one framework. The package will be transported and installed as one piece, and most of the inspection and test work will be in the factory. This solution makes time saving and land saving. The skid includes liquid pipeline, vapor return pipeline, venting pipeline, nitrogen purging pipeline. The loading/unloading operation from truck or traincar can be controlled by the valves on each pipe (manual or automatic valve as per requirements).
The skid integrates a large number of detection and control instruments, including flowmeter, pressure gauge, shut-off valve, pneumatic shut-off valve, globe valve, safety valve, thermometer, strainer, anti-static detection devices and so on. Controllers can monior the working status of pipeline and perform actions according to the requirment to complete the whole filling process safety and effectively.
- Applied to loading/unloading oil and chemicals.
- The connection type is bottom closed. The interface can be KJB quick coupler, API dry break coupler, or API oil and gas collecting coupler etc.
- Explosion-proof junction box, safe and reliable. Batch controller to simplify the control process and improve the response speed of the system. The process bar shows the whole loading process, simple and intuitive.
- Equipped with a quantitative loading system to realize business billing, weighted by weight bridge before/after loading, brushed IC card on the batch controller to start /end loading, data monitor including business record, flow/temperature/pressure record, and remote control.
- RS485 interface communicate with MODBUS RTU protocol.
- Two modes: manual and IC card mode can be set to meet the monitoring requirements for users.
- Control the solenoid valves on the pipe of liquid, vapor, liquid collection and nitrogen. The valves could be controlled automatically during the loading process.
- Maximum 3 signals of ESD switch could be connected to interlock alarm control system. The signals of reset switch of two loading arms and static dectection switc could be connected with interlock alarm system.
