All components are fully made of brass and provide excellent durablity and stability, particularly a high impact resistance. In some long models (DVLA) a check valve can optionally be integrated in the ½" shower-connector.

Diverter valves are used to switch the water stream from the tub filler position to the shower hose. A diverter consists of three major components: main body, connector and axle.

Neoperl offers diverters fully made of brass, hybrid diverters (material mix) and plastic diverters. 

All of them have axially aligned webs for an improved compression rigidity and torsional stiffness. This constructional optimisation provides a considerably enhanced durability of all wear parts. 

NEOPERL® diverters meet the performance requirements on switch-back pressure and durability according to EN200/EN817 water supply system type 1. Self retaining down to 0.2 bar according to EN200 - Type 2.
