CISIVIS has 12 modern manufacturing bases around the world, including factories in China covering hundreds of thousands of square meters. QUALITY CONTROL

Our central laboratory is the highest level of certification laboratory in China`s power tool industry. Our facilities include chemical analysis laboratories, mechanical properties laboratories and electronic laboratories. Each product (including packaging) must pass strict pre- and post-production tests before it can be shipped. These advanced testing and analysis equipment, as well as a team of 200 quality control engineers, ensure product quality.

All products must undergo strict quality inspections before leaving the factory. Each batch must pass multiple testing processes such as drop tests (simulating high-altitude drops to ensure the tool`s impact resistance), high temperature tests (ensuring the tool`s stability in extreme environments), and corrosion tests (simulating long-term use environments, such as humid, acidic and alkaline environments).
