1. Main crusher: process waste cable directly, which is used for crushing scrap cable wire into mixed copper-plastic granules.
2. Air separator: process mixed copper-plastic granules, which is used for separating mixed granules into copper granules and plastic granules.
3. 2 small vibrating: two different small vibrating table process copper granules and plastic granules separately, which is used for secondary separation.
4. Electrostatic separator: process plastic granules have been vibrated, which is mainly used for removing the copper attached to the plastic.
- First of all, the waste cable wire will be crushed by the main crusher, and it will be cut into 3~5mm granules.
- Secondly, waste cable granules will be conveyed to air separation system, air separator will sort them into copper particles and plastic particles.
- Thirdly, the virbrating table will shake the copper granules and plastic granules to get pure plastic and pure copper.
- For very thin copper wire, configured a electrostatic separator is necessary, not only increased the purity of copper, but also increased the recycling rate.
