Resin traps are used down stream from ion exchange vessels and serve the loss of ion exchange resins. We can design the traps to capture media particles of any size.
Resin trap for ion exchange is a device used to capture resin particles carried out with water. Resin is processed online. If the strength of the resin is not high or the resin cylinder is damaged, the resin will enter the system and affect the operation of the equipment.
A resin trap can be installed to prevent the resin from entering the system. When the resin passes, it can be intercepted by the trap, and at the same time, it is automatically flushed through the front and rear differential pressure, and the intercepted resin is discharged out of the system.
The slotted screen resin trap is made up of rods and warp. The rod can be round wire, triangular wire or trapezoid wire.The warp is triangular wire (V-shaped wire). The wedge wire resin trap have a robust structure and large open area, as well as accurate slot dimension. At the same time, wedge wire screen have many advantages such as heat-resisting,good machine capability,safety and reliability and so on. It can be used in many kinds of medium filtering.
