GSI IntersyStems - Bucket Elevators
InterSystems is recognized globally for its manufacturing of bulk material handling equipment and industrial sampling systems. The InterSystems Bucket Elevators are designed for high capacity and heavy-duty applications with capacities ranging from 2,000 to 80,000 BPH (50.8 to 2032 MTH). Each bucket elevator is custom-engineered for specific project requirements, considering capacity, commodity specifications, and site conditions through detailed computer analysis. Available with 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14-inch discharge sizes, these elevators can include Self-Cleaning or Self-Adjusting boots. The Self-Cleaning boots are fully enclosed for clean operation and feature an easily replaceable A.R. steel bottom. The Self-Adjusting boots offer automatic gravity belt tension and alignment, adapting to temperature and humidity changes. Additionally, GSI provides a range of distributors designed to efficiently direct grain while maintaining quality, available in various configurations and diameters.

The design of each IS bucket elevator is considered a custom order and begins with a detailed computer analysis. The unique expectations of each project, including capacity requirements, commodity specifications and site conditions, are incorporated in the design and manufacturing process.

Available in flat or winged back configurations in multiple discharges and diameters, GSI has the distributor for your operation.
Boot Construction
In addition to standard models, Bucket Elevators may include Self-Cleaning or Self-Adjusting boots. The Self-Cleaning boot is totally enclosed for clean operation and includes an easily replaced A. R. steel bottom. The Self-Adjusting boot includes automatic gravity belt tension and alignment, and self-adjusts to temperature and humidity changes.
