Bucket Elevators
They are intended for vertical transport of grain, granulates, seeds, biomass and other bulk materials. Bucket elevators are used in technological lines of grain storage facilities, feed mixing plants, mills, biomass warehouses, oil presses and others.
SILENT OPERATION OF THE LIFT
- The hard-to-wear lining ensures no friction, which means that only the sound of grain being poured is heard.
SOLID CONSTRUCTION
- The bucket elevator is made of high-quality Swedish steel and has a rigid, durable and tight structure.
HIGH ABRASION RESISTANCE
- Places in the foot and head that are particularly exposed to abrasion are lined with an abrasion-resistant material that increases their durability.
RELIABLE DRIVE
- A reliable gear motor from a renowned manufacturer NORD is reliable and maintains a constant, appropriate speed selected for the grain transport process.
EFFICIENT WORKING ELEMENTS
- The buckets are made of stamped steel, and their special shape ensures very accurate filling and emptying, and the four-layer gusset is resistant to stretching and ensures long-term use.
Efficient and safe grain transport devices
- Quiet operation of the lift
- Solid construction
- High abrasion resistance
- Reliable drive
- Efficient working elements
Bucket elevators are made of high-quality Swedish steel sheet. They are equipped with drives from NORD - a leader in the drive industry. The inlets and outlets in the head and foot of the bucket elevator are lined with abrasion-resistant material, and the drive belt is characterized by high tensile strength. They are characterized by reliability, durability and safety in use. It is possible to adapt it to an explosion-proof version in accordance with the ATEX directive for use in dusty areas. The bucket elevator is equipped with a special sensor system that ensures the safety of the user, biological material and the entire grain transport process. Thanks to the use of an abrasion-resistant lining and the lack of friction, the bucket elevator operates quietly, and only the noise of the grain being poured inside is audible.
