The AbrasiMet™ XL Pro Automatic Abrasive Cutter is a floor standing automatic abrasive cutting machine for 14in [356mm] to 18in [457mm] blades that provides consistent and repeatable cut quality for larger diameter samples. An intuitive user interface with programmable methods allows users to create and save multiple sectioning programs for quick access. The machine’s large chamber and powerful motor allow for fast sectioning of large workpieces with ease. The AbrasiMet XL Pro is the ideal machine for use in demanding environments.

Intuitive and quick to operate

  • No tools required to change abrasive blades. Simply loosen the nut by hand and install your next blade. Quickly set up for a cut with the multi-function joystick, alignment laser and bright chamber lighting.
  • Easily program and begin running the cut with the large touchscreen interface that contains all functions on the main screen.
  • Reduce the frequency and time required to clean the recirculation tank.
  • A filtration screen and dual tank design removes particulate from the coolant and simplifies the task of cleaning.
