Our Story
FormPak began as an extension of the Monsanto Corporation’s commitment to better material handling and packaging. Our founders brought together their engineering expertise to serve regional chemical manufacturers, quickly developing a strong reputation for durable, reliable equipment. In the years since, FormPak has expanded its offerings and reach, growing into a leader in bulk bag handling solutions while maintaining our customer-focused Midwest values.

In 1998, we transitioned to designing and manufacturing our own Super Sack® handling systems, integrating them into a variety of industries. Today, we proudly serve a wide range of sectors—including food, chemical, and industrial materials—equipped with a team that holds over 50 years of combined experience in dry material handling.
