doverMEI - Bulk Bag Systems
The bulk bag system has an electric hoist that lifts the bulk bag and moves it into place onto the machine. The bag is then supported by a structural table, which is mounted on vibration isolators. Either an electric or an air vibrator assists in product discharge from the bag into the collection hopper. Finally, a glove box is used to remove the drawstring on the bottom of the bag.
Additionally, the collection hopper on our bulk bag systems can discharge into a rotary valve, tray feeder, or volumetric feeder.
