CMO - Model MP Series -Butterfly Valve

MP Butterfly Valve is a one-way unit and should be installed depending on the direction of the flow. The valve can be installed in any position horizontal , vertical or inclined, to meet assembly requirements. As a general rule , the drive shaft should be installed in horizontal position. When assembled on horizontal or inclined lines, it should moreover be located in the upper part. It is important to maintain the correct distance between the counterflanges and to ensure perfect alignment and parallelism. Incorrect positioning of the counterflanges would cause deformations in the valve body and lead to control problems.
