DynaQuip - Model DynaFly 900/922 Series -Butterfly Valve with Electric Actuator
The DynaFly 90 Wafer and 92 Lug Series are the work horses of industrial butterfly valves. Pre-sized and preassembled with our MA series electric actuators, these valves come standard with ductile iron body and disc and abrasion-resistant Buna-N Phenolic Backed Seat for stretch resistant, tight shut-off during actuation and quick and easy field repairs. Other voltages and body or seat materials are available on request.

Key Valve Specifications and Benefits
- ISO 5211 mounting patterns and square stems for ease of actuation.
- Cartridge style elastomer seat provides a positive seal without the use of flanges.
- 200psi rating for valve size 1.5” to 12”.
- Secondary O-Ring provides further prevention of stem leakage.
- Stem retainer plate ensures blowout protection.
- Precision profile disc provides bubble-tight shut-off and assures minimum torque and longer seat life.
- Smooth finished disc flats that prevent leakage into shaft areas.
- Extended neck
- No taper pins on the disc to ensure trouble-free service and better flow.
- Graphite-reinforced PTFE stem bushings provide low torque and long cycle life.
- Lug style valves shall be suitable for dead end service to full rated pressure in in preferred flow direction: 200psi unidirectional; 100psi bi-directional
