These substrates adhere to stringent specifications regarding surface cleanliness, thickness, and flatness, as outlined in specification TU 3493-001-86724983-2016. The company offers a variety of materials, including aluminum nitride (AlN) and beryllium oxide (BeO), known for their excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. They also produce substrates for thick-film chip resistors and inductors, as well as spacers, inserts, and other profiled components. Additionally, their products include thermally conductive insulating pads and washers, ideal for heat dissipation in standard electronic enclosures like TO packages. S-Component manufactures polished ceramic substrates for thin-film circuits and other applications, ensuring the required surface finish, tight thickness and flatness tolerances. Substrates are manufactured according to TU 3493-001-86724983-2016.
Technical capabilities:
- disc and laser cutting; grinding, fine grinding, polishing, geometry removal; laser ablation; marking;
- flashing of holes, slots, grooves and other geometric options;
- formation of precision recesses in the substrate volume for mounting the MIS;
- formation of various profiles in the volume of the substrate - "grooves", "steps", etc.
