BS-D65 Granulator Machine Working Process:
- Feed wires into feeding mouth;
- Wires are crushed into copper plastic mixtures or aluminum plastic mixtures by main crusher;
- After crushing process, metal and non-metal mixture are separated by air separator and vibrating tables into copper and plastic or aluminum and plastic granules.
- Less unseparated copper plastic mixture at plastic side enters electrostatic separator to start secondary separation;
- In the end, tiny copper rice comes out from copper outlet; pure plastic granules comes out from plastic outlet;
