Schnell-Teknik - Calculate Optimum Belt

If the fluid level changes a lot you should always use the lowest level as an indication, eg.:

If you get the result 860 mm using the above formula, you should choose the nearest lower standard belt length - in this case 800 mm. This belt will be the correct for the job.

• Height of vat = H
• Formula: Type A, B, C, 28, 33, 35 , 38, 39:  (H+70)x2=Belt length mm.  
• Formula: Type 41, 42, 58, 59:  (H+120)x2= Belt length mm.  
• Formula: Type 56:  (H + 175) x 2 = Belt length
