Calplas - Horizontal Filters
Laminated polyester reinforced with fibreglass horizontal filter (GRP). Polyester casted flanged connections. Design according to needs (diffusers according to filtering media used, cylindrical length, connections, etc …). Designs according to filtering media used (Sand, activated carbon, AFM, etc...). Different chemical barriers according to needs (Ionic exchanger, anionic exchanger (ANION), cationic exchanger (CATION), softener, denitrification, etc...). Different chemical barriers depending on the regeneration or fluids in the vessel (Caustic soda (NaOH), Hydrocloric acid (HCl), Sulfuric acid (H2SO4), etc... ).
Emptying hole
Plasticized steel lid. GAS threaded PVC plug.
Top distribution
Polyester diffusers with PVC pipes. Distribution according to requirements / media (Sand, active carbon, etc...)
Bottom distribution
Polypropylene distribution with PVC pipes. Distribution according to requirements / media (Sand, active carbon, etc...)
