Calypso Instruments - Model WeatherDot -Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Device
The WeatherDot, offered by Calypso Instruments, is a portable weather station designed to monitor temperature, pressure, and humidity. Encased in machined engineering plastic, it features a compact size with dimensions of 43 mm in diameter and 32 mm in height, and weighs just 40 grams. The device operates over a temperature range of -15ºC to 60ºC with an accuracy of 0.5 ºC at 25 ºC and a resolution of 0.1 ºC. Humidity readings range from 20% to 80% with an accuracy of ±3.5%. Pressure readings span from 500 to 1200 hPa with ±1 hPa accuracy. The WeatherDot connects via Bluetooth 5.1 and supports flexible sampling rates from 1 sample per second to 1 sample per 24 hours. It requires no wires for charging, using a QI wireless system, and it operates for up to 150 hours with a frequency of 1/3 Hz. Compatible with the Anemotracker App for both iOS and Android platforms, the WeatherDot allows users to easily capture and manage environmental data.
