In response to the requirements of top pharmaceutical companies, CAM has designed the high-speed monobloc LR105 for labelling of vials, ampoules, carpules, and syringes. The self-adhesive labels are applied from a reel at a speed of up to 500 labels/min for labels up to 48 mm in length. The labelling unit may perform inkjet or thermal transfer printing, based upon production speed and label type. The unit is fully controllable even through the machine’s operator panel, with settings for printing parameters and label format data. The LR105 may be further customized with the following equipment:
