We use patented HemiPleat® technology to create highly efficient pleated filter media that outlasts and outperforms competitive brands. That`s why we guarantee a 30% longer filter life than any competitors’ filter.

Synthetic beads ensure the pleats of the cartridge remain open during use, which exposes more media to the airstream, leading to a more efficient and longer-lasting filter cartridge. Other brands of filter cartridges don`t employ HemiPleat technology. They often pack their media too tightly, which dramatically limits the amount of media that is actually exposed to the airstream.

The HemiPleat design not only reduces a filter cartridge`s pressure drop, but also improves dust release during pulse cleaning. This efficiency means you`ll use less compressed air and reduce the energy used by the fan motor, for cost-savings.
