Mil-Tek - Model A305 -Cardboard & Plastic Baler
The A305 baler is the third generation of Mil-tek pneumatic balers, featuring revolutionary double-acting cylinder that uses compressed air to both press and release the plate.Running on compressed air means that the A305 is free of hydraulic oil and contains no inherent risk of contamination.Adaptable to compact plastic (175kg), cardboard (100kg) as well as other materials, the A305 has a simple and safe two-handed, bale out mechanism.A floor space footprint of just 0.85m² and an overall height of 2530 mm means that A305 is suitable for most working environments.

A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your new A102 Baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.
Fill the chamber with cardboard or plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the machine is activated and the minimizing has begun. Repeat until the baler is full.
When the baler is full, it ready to be emptied. Tie the bale using the banding, open the door and remove from the chamber. You are now ready to start a new bale!
Bales can be stacked and stored until you have enough to have them collected by your local recycler. They take up no more floor space than a sheet of newspaper.
