Calmus - Model FIS300C -Carton Packaging Machine for Case Packing Doypack Pouches
This carton packaging machine is designed for sorting doypack pouches and packaging them with carton boxes according to preset packing patterns. It consists of a pouch sorter and a monoblock case packer. The case packer is a form-load-seal 3-in-1 monoblock cartoning machine, which integrates case forming, pouch loading, and carton sealing into a single compact and efficient unit. It erects fold-flat carton blanks horizontally, conveys the cases to the loading station, and closes the side flaps by folding them. The pouch sorter organizes pouches to layers by one each time, stacks them with interlayer partition boards if more than one row in a case and orderly placement is required, delivers them to the loading funnel, pushes the pouches into a formed case. Then, the loaded case is conveyed to the case sealing station to be sealed at both the top and bottom.
